How to Uncover and Overcome Limiting Beliefs

Why do you need to understand your limiting beliefs? How do you recognize your limiting beliefs, and then once you recognize them, then what? What do you do from there? How do you go about correcting the thought patterns that lead to limiting beliefs?

I will be walking you through these questions in this episode. By the end of this episode, I want you to walk away with an understanding of why this topic is relevant to you, along with the influence on your potential that either living in or out of your limiting beliefs can have. In addition, I want you to be able to recognize your limiting beliefs and then have the tools to eliminate them and move forward.
