Episode 35

How to for Annual Planning

Published on: 1st November, 2021

Where does annual planning start, and how do I go about doing that?

In this episode, I want to answer those two questions by discussing your go-to place to start, and the how-to in order to boost your confidence going into the next year knowing that you have a solid plan.

In episode 32, I discussed quarterly planning, its importance, and some how-to there as well. If you haven’t listened to that yet, you should go back and check that out first.

If you listened to this, and you're left wondering if your vision is sufficient enough to plan from, or you’re wondering how to extract goals from your vision, let's talk. Maybe you have those down, but you aren’t fully comfortable with then laying out the roadmap, or strategy, to get you to goal achievement and vision fulfillment. If that is the case, you can set up a free discovery and strategy call with me. We can discuss your business and see what ways I am able to help you in your journey.
