How to set goals and the goal-setting framework

Is goal setting a mystery to you? Do you think you have it figured out? Today we are going to discuss goal setting in conjunction with your vision, the reasons you don’t achieve your goals, then the how-to, the steps you need to take, and the framework you will use when you write out your goals.

There is a lot of debate about goal setting. I have seen social media posts that say you shouldn’t focus on goals because it could hurt your mindset. Then there are others that say goal setting is an essential part of being successful. 

So what’s the right answer? My belief is that you must be setting goals, however, there is an order to things.
