Ep. #21 - The Development of Innovation

Published on: 28th June, 2021

Notes

What does it really mean for you to be innovative, and what does crafting a culture that celebrates innovation do for you and your business?

You will hear me say this over and over, you should be focused on what is significant. Those are things that have the biggest long-term impact on your business, and therefore your life. You don’t want to have your schedule (or calendar, whatever term suits you best), you don’t want that controlled by the urgent and important. Those are distractors from significance.

As an entrepreneur, you need to constantly have your eye on the significant things that are going to move you, your business, and your team toward the vision, keeping on track to achieve goals, staying on the strategic road map you developed.
