Ep. #13 - Passing on Leadership Lessons Learned

Published on: 26th April, 2021

When was the last time you sat and reflected on your biggest lesson learned as a leader? If you have done this, do you only reflect on the small improvements that you have made over time? Or have you dived deep to find the one applicable lesson that you can pass on to the next generation of leaders? These are questions that you should be asking yourself if you are serious about leaving a legacy of great leaders to carry on after you.

In this episode of the Leader Development Solutions podcast, I want to share with you one of the bigger lessons I have learned in over twenty years of leading and influencing teams of various sizes and demographics, and in some very austere and high-stress environments.
