Feedback Is Discipleship: Simple Tools for Christ-Centered Leadership

Then I walk through simple tools: S-B-I feedback, Ask-Offer-Agree, and feed-forward, and show how to build a feedback culture with weekly rhythms, peer input, and leader modeling.
